  • Spiced carrots - 4 oz
  • Blended Olive Oil - 1 tsp
  • Agridulce - 1 oz
  • Orange honey yogurt - 1 oz
  • Mojo Verde - .5 oz
  • Marcona Almonds chopped - .5 oz
  • Cilantro sprigs - 4 ea

procedure
  • Heat a saute pan over medium heat
  • Once pan is hot add the oil and saute the carrots gently for 45 seconds
  • Add the agridulce and toss well then remove from heat (IF CARROTS ARE STILL HARD, FINISH IN OVEN FOR 1-2 MINUTES)
  • On a oval coupe plate, layer out the orange honey yogurt evenly
  • Down the center of the orange honey yogurt, layer the mojo verde
  • Neatly stack the carrots over the sauces

  • Garnish with marcona almonds and cilantro sprigs.
