- Baby Carrots - 5 lbs
- Blended Olive oil - 6 oz Fl
- Spiced Dry Rub - 5 TBSP

PROCEDURE
- Cut the baby carrots in half lengthwise
- In a large mixing bowl add the carrots and the blended oil and toss to ensure carrots are well coated
- On a full size sheet pan, line with parchment paper and place the carrots cut side down
- Evenly sprinkle the dry rub over the carrots until well coated
- Cook the carrots for 15 minutes in oven set to 375 degree, NO FAN, NO HUMIDITY
- Remove from oven, cool, portion into 5 oz portions, label and refrigerate
