  • Baby Carrots - 5 lbs
  • Blended Olive oil - 6 oz Fl
  • Spiced Dry Rub - 5 TBSP

PROCEDURE
  1. Cut the baby carrots in half lengthwise
  2. In a large mixing bowl add the carrots and the blended oil and toss to ensure carrots are well coated
  3. On a full size sheet pan, line with parchment paper and place the carrots cut side down
  4. Evenly sprinkle the dry rub over the carrots until well coated
  5. Cook the carrots for 15 minutes in oven set to 375 degree, NO FAN, NO HUMIDITY
  6. Remove from oven, cool, portion into 5 oz portions, label and refrigerate
