• 1 jar of Chocolate crémeux (115g per bowl)
• 15g whipped crème fraîche
• 2g (1 pc) baguette crisp
• 4g small diced candied orange (purchased)
• 3g (drizzle) extra virgin olive oil
• 2g Maldon Sea Salt

On top of the chilled jar of chocolate crémeux:

  1. Pipe a nice round dollop of whipped crème fraîche.
  2. Set baguette crisp on top/leaning against the crème fraîche.
  3. Sprinkle the diced candied orange on top.
  4. Follow with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and the Maldon Sea Salt.
