• 1 baguette
• Pan Spray

PROCEDURE
  1. Cut the baguette into 2 pieces.
  2. Wrap each piece in plastic wrap.
  3. Place in the freezer for a minimum of 3 hours, or overnight.
  4. Slice the baguette on your meat slicer (clean well please!) on #3 setting. (see photo)
  5. Find 2 of your flattest sheet trays.
  6. Invert one sheet tray & line with a piece of parchment.
  7. Spray the parchment generously with pan spray.
  8. Lay out your bread slices on the parchment then top with another piece of parchment (see photo)
  9. Set another sheet tray on top of the parchment to keep everything flat.
  10. If your sheet trays are slightly bowed, weigh them with a heavy pot or more sheet trays.
  11. Bake in a 400º oven for 4-5 minutes, until golden brown.
