- Ponzu - 1 TBSP
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 1 tsp
- Aquachile - 1 TBSP
- Chives - 1 gram

- In a mixing bowl, combine the diced tuna with the olive oil and ponzu and mix well
- place a 1/4 TBSP of aquachile on the bottom of each filo cup
- Neatly and evenly distribute the tuna into each shell
- Top with chives on each tuna
