Provolone cheese cooked in a cast iron skillet until it's browned and bubbling hot. Wonderfully decadent tapa to share with drinks, and perfect if you're a fan of queso fundido. Topped with hot honey for a nice balance of sweet and savory.

ingredients
- 1 TBSP Blended Oil
- 3 oz Sliced Provolone
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Zaatar seasoning
- 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 TBSP Hot Honey
- 1/2 oz mojo verde
- 2 ea Grilled Bread cut in half

procedure
- Heat cast iron skillet on flat top until nearly smoking
- Lightly flour both sides of provolone
- Add oil to skillet and sear floured provolone disk for 45 seconds until a light brown crust forms and then flip and do the same to the other side
- Remove provolone from skillet onto a cutting board and cut like a pizza into 6 equal wedges
- Place provolone into a cold 4 inch cast iron skillet and top with extra virgin olive oil, zaatar seasoning and crushed red pepper
- Place in oven at 450/low fan for 5 minutes or until completely melted
- Place on wooden board and top with mojo verde
- Serve with grilled bread
