  • 8 fl oz Honey
  • 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 2 ea Guindilla finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Lime Zest
  • 2 tsp Lime Juice
  • 2 tsp Sherry Vinegar

PROCEDURE
  1. Combine honey, sherry vin, and both peppers in a small pot and cook over very low flame for 15 minutes
  2. Turn heat off and stir in lime zest and lime juice
  3. Portion into a small squeeze bottle and hold at room temp
