  • 1 Each baked Baguette
  • 2 portions / 6oz Escalivada Prep
  • 12 g crumbled cana de cabra
  • 1 oz Labne
  • 5 g escalivada herbs
  • 1/4 tsp maldon
  • 1/4 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1.5 oz chips

procedure
  1. Slice pre toasted baguette in half lengthwise and toast in oven for 2-3 minutes or until inside of bread starts to brown slightly
  2. Pull baguette out of oven and put the escalivada mix evenly spaced out on the bottom side of the baguette
  3. Put 1 oz labne on top side of baguette
  4. Garnish with cana de cabra, fresh herbs, maldon salt and finish with extra virgin olive oil
  5. Cut the sandwich in half on a bias
  6. Serve with chips
