1 oz 1/4 inch diced Cantaloupe

.5 oz Crispy Serrano

1/4 Tsp Yuzu Olive Oil

procedure
  1. In a small black bowl ladel in the ajo blanco
  2. Put Cantaloupe in center of ajo blanco
  3. Break crispy serrano into 4 or 5 large pieces and garnish the soup
  4. Dot the yuzu oil over the top making sure to leave it visable on top of the ajo blanco
  5. Garnish with mint
