• Combine above ingredients and mix thoroughly.
• Pour in to quart containers, label, date, and store refrigerated.
Glass:
• Fill a sangria glass with ice
• Pour 3 oz of base into a sangria glass
• Top with 2 oz of Brunch Cava
• Top with 1 oz of Soda
Garnish: Lemon Wheel and a Mint Sprig
Pitcher:
• Fill a pitcher with ice
• Pour 15 oz of base into a sangria pitcher
• Top with 10 oz of Brunch Cava
• Top with 5 oz of Soda
Garnish: Lemon Wheel and 5-6 mint leaves (remove from the stem to make pouring easier)
