For the caviar/yogurt sauce:
- 1 tbsp of caviar
- 1 cup of greek yogurt.
For the soy-sesame dressing:
- 1000 g soy sauce
- 600 g sesame oil
- 400 g canola oil
- 4 tbsp salt
