  • 3 tbsp escalivada (4oz)
  • 2 tbsp goat cheese
  • 2 filets of salt-cured anchovies
  • 2 filets of boquerones
  • 2 basil leaves
  • balsamic reduction

procedure
  • Toast the bread, with olive oil and salt - both sides.
  • Spread the goat cheese on the toast
  • Add the escalivada on top of the goat cheese
  • Place the the boquerones and anchovies on top as pictured
  • Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with basil (hand ripped).
  • Drizzle with balsamic reduction.
  • Plate as pictured.
