for the sanwiches:

  • 2 pieces of white bread
  • 1 tbsp of tapenade
  • 2 slices of mozarella
  • 4 pieces of roasted tomato

Final presentation:

  • 1 sandwich
  • 1 tbsp of room temperature butter
  • 1 pickle carrot
  • 1 pickle radish

procedure

before service:

  • On one piece of bread, put two slices of mozzarella and top with the tomatoes spread on top
  • On the other side spoon all over the tapenade
  • Close the sandwich and wrap with plastic film
  • put name and date on it

final presentation:

  • spoon room temperature butter in both sides of the sandwich and place in the sandwich press at 350F
  • cook until sandwich is toasted and cheese melted.
  • cut in 4 pieces and serve as pictured with the pickles on the side.
