• 250 gr almond powder
• 125 gr flour
• 250 gr sugar
• 6 eggs
• 2 tbsp confectioners sugar
• Mix the eggs and sugar and put in the kitchenaid until doubled in size
• Add the flour and almond flour
• Put in the torta santiago molds
• Cook in the oven for 45 minuts at 340ºF
• Remove from the oven and take out of the mold
• Put the star of santiago on top and powder over it with confectionary sugar using a fine coliander.
