  • 2g Maldon Salt

  • Place the Shishito peppers in the fryer at 375ºF.
  • Blister quickly, about 30 seconds until the skin begins to turn white. Drain well.
  • Remove to a stainless mixing bowl, toss generously with coarse Maldon sea salt (about 2 grams).
