• 1/2 PEAR
• 3 tbsp STREUSEL
• 1 Scoop COFFE ICE CREAM
• 2 tbsp TOFFEE SAUCE
• 1 pinch MALDON SALT
for the pears:
• 15 PEAR
• 2 LEMON PEELS
• 4 CLOVES
• 2 CINAMON STICKS
• 1/2 PINT SUGAR
For the pears
• Peel the pears
• Put the sugar, clove, cinamon, lemon peels
and pears in a pot
• Cover with water and put a parchment
paper on top
• Cook the pears until fork tender
• Reserve in the cooler
For service:
• Put half of a pear in the microwave
and heat up for about 1 minute
• Put 1 tbsp of almond streussel on the plate
• Cut the pear in slices and put over the streussel
• Put maldon salt on top
• Sprinkle 2 more tbsp of almond streusselon top
• Add a quennelle of coffe ice cream
• Drizzle with toffee sauce
(in a squeeze bottle) on top
