Final presentation:

  • 1 Yellow Peach perfectly ripe (4oz)
  • Pinch Maldon
  • 2 tsp Hazelnuts, fried, salted and slightly crushed.
  • 1 tbsp White vinegar chardonnay
  • 7 tsp Miti crema room temperature
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Pepper
  • 10 leaves Arugula
  • 5 leaves Mint ripped

Final presentation:

  • Cut one peach in wedges about 8 pieces per peach
  • Place on a plate.
  • Put some maldon salt on top.
  • Drizzle with chardonnay vinegar.
  • Place miti crema tsp on top
  • Drizzle with olive oil
  • Add pepper on top
  • finish with arugula and mint on top.
