Final presentation:
- 1 Yellow Peach perfectly ripe (4oz)
- Pinch Maldon
- 2 tsp Hazelnuts, fried, salted and slightly crushed.
- 1 tbsp White vinegar chardonnay
- 7 tsp Miti crema room temperature
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Pepper
- 10 leaves Arugula
- 5 leaves Mint ripped

procedure
Final presentation:
- Cut one peach in wedges about 8 pieces per peach
- Place on a plate.
- Put some maldon salt on top.
- Drizzle with chardonnay vinegar.
- Place miti crema tsp on top
- Drizzle with olive oil
- Add pepper on top
- finish with arugula and mint on top.
