Popcorn Seasoning

  • 1 cup Bravas Paprika Mix
  • 1/4 tsp Citric Acid
  • 1 tbsp Kosher Salt

Seasoned Popcorn

  • 1/3 cup corn kernels
  • 2 tbsp. blended oil
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp Popcorn seasoning

Popcorn Seasoning

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine bravas paprika mix, citric acid and kosher salt
  2. Mix well
  3. Transfer to a quart container, label and date

Seasoned Popcorn

  1. Over medium-high heat, add corn kernels and blended oil in a lidded pot
  2. Cook over heat for 4-5 minutes, until all kernels are cooked
  3. Transfer popped corn to a mixing bowl, add melted butter and toss
  4. Add in popcorn seasoning and toss

At Service

  1. In an 8oz cone, add 1 sheet of Boqueria paper, folded in half
  2. Fill with generously with seasoned popcorn

critical control points
  • To prevent the popcorn from burning, gently shake the pot throughout the cooking process
  • Make sure to fill the cone generously. Popcorn should be filled beyond the rim of the cup
