  • 4 oz hanger steak
  • 1 oz salsa verde
  • 1 oz garlic aioli

  • Season the steak with salt/pepper and sear a la plancha until mid-rare
  • On the toast put the garlic aioli (see recipe on backsite)
  • Top with sliced steak
  • Add the salsa verde on top of the steak
  • Place the montados onto a plate
