  • 2 marinated chicken skewers
  • 1 tbsp avocado pure
  • 1 toast sourdough pullman

For the marinate:

  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sumac
  • 1 tbsp coriander
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1 qt blend oil

Final presentation

  • Cook in oven 5 minutes at 450 the 2 chicken skewers
  • Cook 1 toast in toaster with a little olive oil
  • Cut bread in two

Avocado pure:
