- 2 marinated chicken skewers
- 1 tbsp avocado pure
- 1 toast sourdough pullman
- Pickled red onions
- Mint, dill
- Olive oil
- Salt to taste
For the chicken skewers:
- 2 oz of diced chicken per skewer
For the marinate:
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp sumac
- 1 tbsp coriander
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 qt blend oil

Final presentation
- Cook in oven 5 minutes at 450 the 2 chicken skewers
- Cook 1 toast in toaster with a little olive oil
- Cut bread in two
- Place a little avocado pure on top of each piece of bread

Avocado pure:
- Blend avocado with olive oil, salt and lemon juice
