- 200g Tomato Soup
- Micro basil, garnish
- Balsamic glaze, garnish
- 1 oz Roasted garlic butter

- Heat the Tomato Soup.
- Butter the bread on the outside
- Fill bread with cheese and place on the panini press
- Toast bread to golden brown and the cheese is melted
- Cut diagonally and serve on the side of the tomato soup
- Garnish the top of the soup with the balsamic glaze and mirco basil
