ingredients
  • 2 tbsp Shishito pepper yogurt dressing
  • 1 cup Red watercress
  • ½ cup Green watercress
  • 1 cup Arugula
  • 5 ea Shishito peppers grilled and cut in pieces (4-5 pieces per pepper)
  • 5 ea Basil
  • ½ cup of crispy Shoestring potatoes.
  • 1 soft boiled egg
  • 5 oz hanger steak

Shishito Pepper- yogurt dressing:

  • ½ container of labne yogurt
  • ½ portion of shishito peppers (roasted on fire)
  • 3 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil

procedure

Final presentation:

  • Mix watercress, basil, arugula, grilled shishitos and dressing on a bowl carefully. add salt to taste.
  • Plate as pictured with a steak on top, shoestring potatoes and 1 soft boiled egg open in half.

Soft boiled egg:

  • Have a timer on hand. On a salted and boiling water cook eggs 7 minutes. cool down on iced water or a runny water until they are completely cold. peel and set aside.
