- 2 tbsp Shishito pepper yogurt dressing
- 1 cup Red watercress
- ½ cup Green watercress
- 1 cup Arugula
- 5 ea Shishito peppers grilled and cut in pieces (4-5 pieces per pepper)
- 5 ea Basil
- ½ cup of crispy Shoestring potatoes.
- 1 soft boiled egg
- 5 oz hanger steak
Shishito Pepper- yogurt dressing:
- ½ container of labne yogurt
- ½ portion of shishito peppers (roasted on fire)
- 3 tbsp of lemon juice
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
