Grilled Tuna Salad

ingredients
- 4.5 oz Fingerling potatoes cooked sliced in 1/2 inch pieces.
- 12 pieces of a Celery stick peeled and cut in 1/8 inches slices.
- 10 Celery leaves (yellow ones only)
- 10 small rings of onion (in iced water)
- 1 hard boiled egg cut in 4. (to make hard boiled eggs, cook 10 minutes in boiling salted water. Cool down under water until completely cold)
- Salt
- Fresh Pepper
- Allioli
- Chardonnay vinegar
- Extra virgin Olive oil
- 2 oz ahi tuna grilled and sliced in 5 pieces.

procedure
- In a bowl mix potatoes, celery, celery leaves, hard boiled eggs, onion rings
- Add salt, pepper, chardonnay vinegar and olive oil.
- Plate as pictured adding the tuna on top and put 5 dots of aioli around the tuna.
- Finish at the pass with maldon salt, pepper and oilve oil
