2 oz dry aged slider
1oz cheddar cheese, grated
3 ea piparras
Pull apart bread
-Season sliders with salt and black pepper.
-Sear the sliders on the plancha
-Dip the buns in butter and toast
-Add cheese to the slider and finish in the oven
-When ready, add garlic aioli to bottom bun followed by slider.
-Using a 6inch bamboo skewer, start with half a grape tomato, then the cornichon and then the top of the bun
Place top skewered bun directly over sliders
