- 4 oz Fennel & Broccoli Rabe mix
- 2 oz par cooked ground sausage chunks
- 12 grams grated Manchego
- 1 tsp Garlic Aioli
- 1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 tsp Maldon

- Spread Fennel & Broccoli Rabe mix evenly across the flat bread
- Top with sausage chunks
- Top with grated Manchego
- Cook at 425 high fan for 4 minutes
- Drizzle with garlic aioli diagonally across the flat bread
- Drizzle with EVOO and Maldon
- Cut in half long ways and then in 6 equal peaces
