  • 2 oz par cooked ground sausage chunks
  • 12 grams grated Manchego
  • 1 tsp Garlic Aioli
  • 1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Maldon

  1. Spread Fennel & Broccoli Rabe mix evenly across the flat bread
  2. Top with sausage chunks
  3. Top with grated Manchego
  4. Cook at 425 high fan for 4 minutes
  5. Drizzle with garlic aioli diagonally across the flat bread
  6. Drizzle with EVOO and Maldon
  7. Cut in half long ways and then in 6 equal peaces
