  • Soft Mita-crema - 3 oz
  • Roasted Zucchini - 1 oz (14 slices)
  • Roasted Tomato - 2 oz
  • Calabrian Chile - .5 oz
  • Chives - 1/4 tsp
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 1/4 tsp
  • Maldon - 1/4 stp

procedure
  1. With a spoon, spread the soft mita evenly across the flatbread to about 1/4 inch from the edge
  2. Layer zucchini across the flatbread and top with roasted tomato
  3. Bake at 425, high fan, for 5 minutes or until crust is golden brown
  4. Cut into 8 triangles
  5. Garnish with olive oil, chives and maldon
