ingredients
For churro waffle dough
- 1200 gr A.P flour
- 1.5 litters water
- 750 ml Milk
- 35 gr salt
- 8 tbsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp blend oil
Final Presentation:
- 2 churro waffles
- cinnamon sugar mix
- Whipped cream
- Dulce de leche
- 3 ea strawberries
- 2 tbsp of blueberries
- Confectionary sugar
- Mint

procedure
For churro waffle dough
- Mix flower and baking powder.
- Bring milk, water and salt to boil covered.
- Once liquid is boiling add flour.
- Mix and cook for about 10 minutes until dough is integrated.
- Put in mixer add blend oil and at low speed mix for about 10 minutes.
- Put 10 oz of mix in the waffle machine and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Freeze until service.
Final Presentation:
- Deep fry waffles, make sure they are cooked inside but dont overcook them since they get hard easily.
- Strain, dry in paper towels and pass them through the sugar cinnamon mix
- Plate waffles, put whipped cream on top strawberries, blueberries,
- Drizzle dulce de leche on top
- Finish with confectionary sugar and a couple mint leaves on top
