Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp of hot fusge sauce
  • 4 churros lazos shape
  • 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • dulce de leche
  • 1 tbsp of sprinkles
  • 3 tbsp of whipped cream
  • 2 tbsp of fried salted walnuts chopped

Ingredients for the Hot fudge sauce:

  • 2/3 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup TPT syrup (50% water 50% sugar dissolved)
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 6 oz chocolate 70%
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 vanilla bean

Final presentation:

  • Put two tbsp of hot fudge chocolate sauce first inthe sundae cup
  • Put the 4 churros in the cup
  • Place the ice cream on top
  • Place the whipped cream on top
  • Place 2 tbsp of chocolate sauce on top
  • Drizzle dulce de leche on top
  • Place walnuts on top
  • Finish with sprinkles on top
  • Serve quickly with a sparkler on top

For the chocolate fudge sauce:

  • Put all the ingredients in a pot and bring to boil mixing constantly.
  • set aside and put in refrigerator.
