Berries marmelade:

  • 6 oz raspberries
  • 6 oz blueberries
  • 1/4 cup sugar (2 oz)

Milk mix:

  • 3 cups almond milk
  • 1.5 oz prunes
  • 1/3 of a vanilla bean
  • Pinch of Salt

Praline:

  • 4 oz praline hazelnut
  • 2 tbsp water

Oatmeal:

  • 5 oz Rolled oats
  • 5 tbsp chia seeds

 Berries marmelade:

  • Cook all the ingredients together until berries and sugar all integrated like a marmalade. be careful don't overcook. sugar can burn fast.

Milk mix:

  • Blend in vita prep, strain, cover the mix of oats and chia seeds, overnight.

Praline:

  • Heat up water, pour into the praline and mix with a whisk until thin, set a side In cooler.

Coconut flakes:

  • Saute the coconut flakes on a pan for 1-2 minutes until toasted

Final Presentation:

  • Put 1 tsp of praline
  • Add1 tbsp of berry marmalade
  • Cover with the chia pudding
  • Finish with some coconut flakes on top.
