  • 2 long king crab legs (about 1 lb)
  • 3 tbsp of lemon butter

For the lemon butter

  • Clarified butter
  • Lemon skins and garlic
  • 1 garlic clove

procedure
  • Cut long crab legs in half longwise and set aside until service.

For the Lemon butter: 

  • Cook clarified butter, lemon peels and garlic clove low heat for about 15 minutes.
  • Blend and set aside for service.

Final presentation:

  • Grill king crab legs meat facing the grill with olive oil until caramelized
  • Drizzle the legs with a little of the lemon butter.
  • Plate as pictured with a side of the lemon butter and half lemon.
