Procedure before service:
- Clean and portion
- 4 oz of squid.
Procedure for service:
- in a sauté pan add 2 tbsp of olive oil
- Add beans and sauté for 30 seconds. Season with salt
- Add artichokes. Cook for 1 minutes.
- Add squid in sauce and mix
- Add the Calabrian chilis
- Season and grill squid on the plancha.
- Plate the bean mix
- Place squid on top
- Finish with dill
