ingredients
- from 1 stiratto bread you can get 2.5 portions of bread for sandwich. Cut bread before service.
- 4 oz of a Rotisserie Chicken leg. Slightly Chopped (skin chopped thin). Portioned in aluminum cups.
- ½ avocado
- Pickled shallots
- Salsa Verde

procedure
- Open the bread from one side and add olive oil and sear the inside a plancha until nice golden brown
- Place the chopped chicken on top of one side of the bread and place in the oven. Heat up the chicken.
- Remove from oven, slice avocado on top and finish with salsa verde and pickled shallots. Close the sandwich. cut in half with skewers.
- Serve with a side of del momento salad and bravitas
