ingredients
For the sandwich:
- 2 slices of white bread
- 3 slices of serrano ham
- 1 tbsp of truffle paste
- 2 slices of fresh mozzarella cheese 1/4 inch thick.
Final presentation:
- 1 sandwich
- 1 tbsp of butter
- 1/2 carrot pickled
- 1/2 pickled radish

procedure
before service:
- Build sandwiches putting a tbsp of truffle paste on one side of the bread.
- Add a tbsp of truffle oil
- Put the mozzarella cheese on top
- Finish with the serrano ham slices on top of the cheese.
- Place the other piece of bread on top
- Wrap individually with plastic film
- put a date on them
Final presentation;
- Unwrap one sandwich
- Place a little room temperature butter in both sides of the bread
- Place sandwich in panini press. cook until sandwich is toasted and cheese melted
- Cut the borders of the sandwich, and cut sandwich in half and then in half again. you want to end up with triangles.
- Plate as pictured with parchment paper underneath and pickle carrot and radish
