2 ea 2 oz beef patties
2 tsp allioli
2 tbsp caramelized onions
2 tsp valdeon blue cheese
2 brioche sliders
For the caramelized onions:
2 lbs red onions
4 tbsp olive oil

procedure
Final presentation:
Season the patties with salt and pepper
Cook the patties with a little olive oil in oven at 450F for 3 minutes
Remove from oven, put on top blue cheese and caramelized onions
Place in oven for another 2 minutes. open sliders in half and place in oven as well.
Remove from oven, put a allioli on the bottom side of the brioche
add burgers on top, close with the top side of the bread
serve as pictured.
For the caramelized onions:
cook the onions with the olive oil until very soft. about 30 minutes.
