Final presentation:

  • 2 ea 2 oz beef patties
  • 2 tsp allioli
  • 2 tbsp caramelized onions
  • 2 tsp valdeon blue cheese
  • 2 brioche sliders

For the caramelized onions:

  • 2 lbs red onions
  • 4 tbsp olive oil

Final presentation:

  • Season the patties with salt and pepper
  • Cook the patties with a little olive oil in oven at 450F for 3 minutes
  • Remove from oven, put on top blue cheese and caramelized onions
  • Place in oven for another 2 minutes. open sliders in half and place in oven as well.
  • Remove from oven, put a allioli on the bottom side of the brioche
  • add burgers on top, close with the top side of the bread
  • serve as pictured.

For the caramelized onions:

  • cook the onions with the olive oil until very soft. about 30 minutes.
