260g / 4 cooked meatballs (65g raw each)

4 oz tomato sauce

1 tbsp crumbled miti crema

1g minced chives

3 g / 8-10 pcs blanched lemon zest fine juilenne

1/4 tsp lemon squeeze of juice (no seeds!)

1/4 tsp extra virgin olive oil, garnish

1/4 tsp Maldon Sea Salt

  1. Set 4 meatballs, in deep bowl
  2. Ladle the tomato sauce over the meatballs.
  3. Sprinkle miti crema crumbles on top.
  4. Garnish with minced chives & lemon zest.
  5. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, a squeeze of fresh lemon juice,  Maldon sea salt
