- Butter Unsalted - 1 lb
- Lemon Juice - 2 oz fl
- Lemon Zest - 1 oz wt
- Fine dice parsley - 4 tbsp
- Fine Diced Dill - 4 tsp
- Kosher Salt - 4 tsp

PROCEDURE
- Cut the butter into 1 oz cubes
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl
- Place mixing bowl over a low heat source to gently soften the butter
- Using a rubber spatula, mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined
- After ingredients are well incorporated allow the butter to firm slightly and then portion onto parchment paper
- Roll the paper and butter to create a cylinder that is 2 inches in diameter
- Label, refrigerate and reserve for service
