  • 1.4 kg / 2 qt blended oil
  • 10kg / 22 lbs whole plum tomato
  • 350g / 12.5 oz whole garlic cloves

PROCEDURE
  • Blend tomatoes, peeled garlic, and peeled onions with the hand blender until very smooth.
  • Heat oil in a pan, when hot add blended mixture. Cook for 3-4 hours on low temperature until completely reduced, with a paste like consistency, but no color.
