  • 400g / 4 bunches of parsley
  • 1 kg / 1.5 quarts olive oil
  • 175g / 6.25 oz whole, peeled garlic cloves
  • 15 g Kosher Salt

PROCEDURE

1. Remove the thickest part of the parsley stems, the bottom 1/3rd.
2. Wash & dry the parsley.
3. Blend the parsley, oil, and garlic in vita prep until thin.
4. Salt to taste.
