  • 3 oz Fresh rosemary​
  • 8 oz Garlic cloves​

PROCEDURE
  1. In a medium size pot combine all ingredients​
  2. Cook over very low heat for 30 minutes..  Garlic should be soft with very little color​
  3. Remove rosemary from oil​
  4. Strain the oil into a 1/6 pan or quart container and save the confit garlic into a 1/9 pan or pint container​
  5. Label and store
