  • 12 oz / 336g whole, dried Nyora Peppers
  • 1qt / 945g water

PROCEDURE
  • Cut the peppers in half.
  • Soak the peppers overnight in warm water, covered with plastic film.
  • Drain the peppers from the water and remove the seeds and the stems.
  • Blend peppers in the vita prep.
  • Pass through a very fine tamis.
  • Divide into 2oz portion cups and freeze.
