- 12 oz / 336g whole, dried Nyora Peppers
- 1qt / 945g water

PROCEDURE
- Cut the peppers in half.
- Soak the peppers overnight in warm water, covered with plastic film.
- Drain the peppers from the water and remove the seeds and the stems.
- Blend peppers in the vita prep.
- Pass through a very fine tamis.
- Divide into 2oz portion cups and freeze.
