  • 1 Focaccia
  • 1 lbs butter
  • 1 qt grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 TB salt
  • 2 TB ground black pepper

PROCEDURE
  • Cut bread to medium dice
  • Melt the butter
  • In a large bowl toss the croutons with the butte, salt, pepper and cheese
  • Place in a sheet tray and toast for 20 minutes at 350 F
  • Remove and cool completely

Turn the tray every 10 minutes to ensure the croutons cook evenly
