ingredients
1 Focaccia
1 lbs butter
1 qt grated parmesan cheese
2 TB salt
2 TB ground black pepper

PROCEDURE
Cut bread to medium dice
Melt the butter
In a large bowl toss the croutons with the butte, salt, pepper and cheese
Place in a sheet tray and toast for 20 minutes at 350 F
Remove and cool completely
