- Focaccia loaf - As Needed

PROCEDURE
- Remove loaf from package
- Turn the loaf horizontal and begin slicing from one end to the other
- Each slice should be about a 1/4 inch thick
- Place slices on a sheet pan and place in oven at 400 degrees, no humidity, high fan for 5 minutes or until golden brown
- Discard any very dark slices
- Place into cambro, label and reserve for service.
