  • Focaccia loaf - As Needed

PROCEDURE
  • Remove loaf from package
  • Turn the loaf horizontal and begin slicing from one end to the other
  • Each slice should be about a 1/4 inch thick
  • Place slices on a sheet pan and place in oven at 400 degrees, no humidity, high fan for 5 minutes or until golden brown
  • Discard any very dark slices
  • Place into cambro, label and reserve for service.
