- 1 pound shallots
- 1 cup cornstach
- 1 TB Paprika bravas mix
- Salt and pepper

PROCEDURE
- Using a mandolin, slice shallots 1/8" rings.
- Separate rings
- Add cornstarch and mix well
- In a 325 degrees fryer, fry Shallots and fry for 4 minutes.
- Season fry shallots with paprika mix, salt and pepper
