• 400g thinly sliced shallots
• 100g all purpose flour
• Fine salt

PROCEDURE
  1. Thinly slice the shallots to rings.
  2. Separate the sliced shallots to individual rings
  3. Dredge in the all purposed flour.
  4. Deep fry until crispy in a 325º  fryer.
  5. Shallots should crisp further as they cool.
  6. Drain onto paper towels.
  7. Season with the fine salt.
  8. Reserve for service.
  9. MAKE FRESH DAILY.
