- 50g / 1 ea whole egg
- 10g whole peeled garlic clove
- 40g/ 3 T white wine vinegar
- 6g / 1 t Tobasco sauce
- 16g / 1 T Dijon mustard
- 225g / 1 cup blended oil
- 150g extra virgin olive oil
- 5g lemon juice
- 15-30g / 1-2 T water, as needed to thin to desired consistency
- Kosher Salt, to taste

PROCEDURE
- Combine the egg, garlic, vinegar, Tobasco sauce, dijon mustard in the Vita Mix pitcher.
- Blend until smooth.
- With the mixer on low speed, gradually drizzle in the blended oil & olive oil to emulsify.
- Add water, as needed to thin to a dressing consistency.
- Season with kosher salt and lemon juice.
