- 2 Qt GLUTEN FREE soy sauce
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup salt
- 2 cup sugar
- 7 each bay leaves
- 1/4 cup coriander seeds
- 1/4 cup black peppercorns

PROCEDURE
- Using a cheesecloth, make a sachet with bay leaves, coriander seeds and black peppercorns.
- In a large pot combine sache and rest of ingredients.
- Bring it to a boil. Transfer to a mixing bowl and chill on an ice bath until reaches 40 degrees.
- Storage, label, date and refrigerate.
