- Water - 1 Cup
- Light Brown Sugar - 1 Cup

PROCEDURE
- Combine all ingredients in a sauce pot and mix well
- Cook over low heat until mixture reduces by about half to a loose syrup
- Cool, portion and label
CRITICAL CONTROL POINT
- Sauce should be just thick enough to coat the back of a spoon but not jammy
- Stir regularly so not to scorch the bottom of the sauce
- Try not to break up the blueberries too much. We still want chunks
