- 5 pounds chicken wings
- 1 Gallon Brine for poultry
- 1 Gallon Marinade for wings

PROCEDURE
- Place wings in a 22 Qt container
- Add Brine and let it sit overnight.
- Take chicken out of brine and place wings in a 22 Qt container.
- Add Marinade for chicken and mix well. Let it marinade overnight.
- Take wings out of the marinade.
- Place wings on a sheet tray. Single layer.
- In a 350 degrees oven bake wings for 20-25 minutes.
- Transfer to containers
- Label, date refrigerate.
