In a shaking tin, combine:

  • 2 oz Poblano Infused Astral Blanco Tequila
  • .75 oz Lime Juice
  • .5 oz Agave

Add ice. Shake to chill and combine. Strain into a rocks glass with 1inch tajin rim over a large cube.

Garnish: Tajin rim and dehydrated lime wheel, slice so that it fits on the rim.
