In a mixing glass, combine:
3 oz Batched spirit mix
1 heavy dash Suze Orange Bitters
stir for at least 20 seconds to incorporate and chill properly
Strain in to a Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with a lemon peel cut with clean, angled edges
In a quart container mix
10 ounces Cotswolds Gin
10 ounces Cesar Florido Cream Sherry
5 ounces Dolin Dry Vermouth
2 ounces Dry Curacao
2 ounces Anissette
Label and Date container. This recipe will yield 8 cocktails
Transfer to speed pour or bottle prior to service - this should be stored in the speed rail. Label and date.
